David was very active in communication. Very friendly and reliable as he showed up on time. He knew what he was talking about and didn't try to sell his services. We only asked for a diagnostic and that's what we got. I've never used a mobile mechanic before, very convenience and reasonable priced. I highly recommend anyone try this service. I am trying to buy new to me car. I requested a pre-purchase inspection, and Jonathan was my assigned mechanic. I wasn’t present for the inspection but via yourmechanic I was updated upon his arrival and completion. He arrived 2 minutes prior to the appointment time, and I feel gave a very in depth report on his findings. Most things were reported to be ok, but because of his inspection, I was able to ask the dealership to resolve those issues that weren’t or I wouldn’t be buying the car. Now I could’ve taken this car to a shop or dealership and had it inspected, but I live an hour away. The time this saved me not only in travel but waiting as well is worth the price paid!
