2016 Dodge Charger 30,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This is the 4th time I've hired James to perform work on my 2008 Dodge Charger. He is professional and always goes the extra mile. He is very personable and takes time to explain exactly what is going on with your vehicle and what kind of work he will be performing. Most recently, James changed my oil and filter. He arrived with the proper oil and oil filter that would typically be used for my vehicle. However, my oil pan was recently replaced by the Dodge dealership. They did not tell me this, but apparently the pan they used is different from the original and as such, requires a different oil filter. James had no problem figuring out what oil filter the vehicle now requires, and took the time to drive to the auto parts store to purchase the correct one, at no extra cost to me. I highly recommend him for any service your vehicle may need.

Robert showed up right on time and had all the parts needed for the job (replacing rotors). He was friendly and happy to explain how things worked. He did the job right, and in the expected amount of time. Will definitely request him again if I need another repair.

I was impressed with his knowledge and I didn’t feel like he was trying to get me to pay for something I don’t need. That’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. Great service and I don’t feel like I just got had when they leave.
