He took the time to demonstrate how he came to that diagnosis and explain the repair and show the part being replaced. He didn't try to upsell me or provide unnecessary service. for the cost of towing to my mechanic and doing the repair John was able to do it in my driveway. I was able to get chores down around the house while he did the repair because i didn't have to sit in a waiting room or make arrangements to get to the repair shop. At no fault of his own Al installed a defective part on my vehicle. It took two days fighting with corporate bureaucrats to get Al permission to make things right. I would recommend Al but caution people to be aware of the company
