1991 Chrysler New Yorker 33,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Johnathan was not only on time, he was just a a little early to the appointment. When he got here he heard me out completely on the problem and all of the back story of it before assessing it for himself. His thorough approach to the situation allowed him to deliver an accurate diagnosis of my problem and leave me knowing exactly what to do. Although the company doesn't do internal engine work I am now fully prepared to tackle the situation and not keep throwing money at it just putting band-aids on the problem. Had it not been for Johnathan I would have continued fixing one part after another rather than knowing exactly what to do. He was quite pleasant and professional the entire time and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their car, whether it be for a diagnosis or to have some work done.

I was very pleased with Nicholas I told him of the issues I was encountering (originally a starter problem) , it turned out to be a battery issue which was replaced last May by another mechanic from the same company. Nicholas quickly went and picked up a new battery ( no charge because it was still under warrenty) and had it installed ,(damn Chryslers) the engine fired up multiple times , and he went about finishing the other services. he was very informative and personable I would highly recomend Nicholas and will certainly request him on any future business with YOUR MECHANIC.

Excellent service, courtious and respectful. Knowleable about task on hand. Recommend protective covering for seats when doing interior work. Great personality and trustworthy.
