William replace my thermostat. While testing the replacement part William found that it was defected and notified me that he would have to return with a replacement for the defected part. He did so and had the car up and running in 45 minutes. He did a through testing making sure the temps came up and the valve opened and closed correctly. William is very polite and keeps you well informed and doesn't mind letting you know each step what he is doing and helping you to understand the mechanics of the job. I would highly recommend William to fix your problem with your vehicle.

Caz checked in with me ahead of my appointment, which was scheduled for a morning following a rainy night. My vehicle was parked outdoors in the open, so he took some extra time to get wet weather gear before coming to fix the vehicle so that he could be comfortable and do a good job. Once here, Caz was quick and efficient with the repair (he replaced my fuel pump, a big job) and communicated with me the whole time. Upon completion I checked the vehicle out, and we had a great discussion about my vehicle and cars in general. I have never used 'Your Mechanic' before and this experience was EXCELLENT.
