1992 Chrysler Imperial 42,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Very pleased with Robert's work, and my interaction with him. He went beyond what I contracted. I will request him again when I need more work done. I'll just add, I like this new mode of car service that YourMechanic offers. I also am pleased about the documentation [pics] that came with the receipt. I will take any opportunity to recommend this service to my friends. The timing belt replacement would have cost 3x as much at Chrysler service.

Deane is awesome! Very willing to listen and answer any questions or concerns you may have about your vehicle. I wasn't sure what part I needed, but described to him what lead to pieces in my car shifter breaking apart. He ordered the correct assembly, arrived early with it, and had my car up and running within an hour. He pointed out that the wire harness behind my shifter lookes like it may have gotten wet (it's directly below the cup holders) and shorted out. This was likely the reason that prevented my car from shifting out of park before the shifter assembly broke. He also stayed to inspect my vehicle after the repair. I was skeptical about using Your Mechanic before today, but will now recommend to all my friends and family. Very pleased that I did not have to tow my vehicle to an auto repair shop and overall it was a great experience. Thank you Your Mechanic and thank you Deane!

Very respectable mechanic, gets the job done and explains anything you need to know. Had a simple test to figure out what I'll need to get done but he made sure the quote was correct and got pictures of the issue. Will have him back tomorrow thankfully!
