Very pleased with Robert's work, and my interaction with him. He went beyond what I contracted. I will request him again when I need more work done. I'll just add, I like this new mode of car service that YourMechanic offers. I also am pleased about the documentation [pics] that came with the receipt. I will take any opportunity to recommend this service to my friends. The timing belt replacement would have cost 3x as much at Chrysler service.

Ronald Was fantastic friendly And professional. I appreciated that he was the most prepared mechanic with all the tools and supplies needed for any auto repair. He carefully inspected the area to make sure that that would solve my problem before completing a repair just to make sure I didn't waste any money and I really appreciated that. We both agreed that I did need a power steering reservoir as he was the expert, He Carefully installed it in no time. Ronald stood by and waited to make sure that there were no leaks and double checked other areas of my vehicle for any preventive maintenance concerns. I really appreciate his honesty and his worth ethic. I will definitely use him again.
