James was GREAT! I'm used to being stood up by mechanics who say they'll be at my house by a certain time. It was refreshing that, not only did I get messages saying James was on his way, he even called and asked if it was ok if he came EARLIER! He didn't rush through the job either, as if he was in a hurry to be elsewhere. He treated my car the way I imagine he'd treat his own. I've already given out all the referral cards he left me, and I know I'll soon be calling to arrange for him to come do the tune up I want next.

If you're expecting a big shiny shop truck to show up, you're in for a surprise (I was a bit taken aback initially) but it's a good lesson in not judging a book by its cover - or in this case, its vehicle! Chet was on time and every bit as knowledgeable and professional as any mechanic I've ever encountered. He knows what he's doing and wastes no time doing it, adding appropriate suggestions regarding future maintenance as he goes. Noticed helpful things to keep my 19 year old baby on the road and happy - things I might not have considered. Had good information about oil choices, too. Got the whole job done between 11:30 and 3:30, not only the timing belt and pulleys but water pump, too. Just an all-around A+ experience, and knowing he's backed by a warranty on the work/parts makes me feel even better.

David arrived on time, was ready to work and was very friendly. He did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and got right to work. I watched as he disappeared under the car and removed the old motor mount, then put the new one on. He is a very experienced mechanic and I will have him working on my car again. Thank you David.
