We have used Patrick in the past for our mechanical needs and he arrived early and did a great job, as usual, on the 112,500 miles maintenance which we needed to get done since we are about to use our vehicle for a long drive. It also benefited us to know the overall health of our vehicle so that we would know to replace the rear windshield wiper and we plan to get the transmission fluid flush done when we get back from our trip. Dustin was good at what he did but the one who made the appointment did not communicate with him and he did not bring a part he should have then the company tried to charge for full replacement of part and tuneup, that is unwise!trte The truck is sounding better' I have to wait for the car to be moved before I drive it. Dustin was courteous and professional. I would hire Dustin again but the unwise decision of charging me for both vehicles was wrong and will not call the company again.
