Corey did a great job getting our car started again. When he realized he was running behind schedule, he called to keep me informed, and his estimated time was accurate. I know that some "patients" are more complicated cases, and so I understand how doing a good job may lead to running behind schedule -- what mattered to me was that he communicated the delay politely and professionally.
