2013 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 15,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I was in need of some quick assistance to resolve a sudden starting issue for a car I was storing for a friend and was only hours from sheduled pickup. With relatively short notice Andrew was able to swing by and help. He was quickly able to isolate and resolve the issue. His insight and guidance saved me time, money, and most importantly ensured the car was ready for shipment (so settled my anxiety). Within 2 hours of his departure the car was picked up by the trucking company; It started just fine and I drove it onto the enclosed shipping trailer without issue. Also, upon delivery the car started without issue and the delivery went smooth.

Even though he was an hour late. He did apologize. I understand that things do happen. Over all he did a great job and I will recommend him to friends and family.

Had a blown center drive shaft support bearing. Travis showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, checked to insure the diagnostic was correct, kept a clean work environment, and performed exceptionally. He was very knowledgeable on my vehicle make and we had some pleasant discussions on the make and model. I would/will recommend Travis to anyone looking for a new mechanic.
