Scott went above and beyond to fix what I thought was merely a dead battery. We discovered that the positive cable was badly corroded, requiring a new cable bundle as well as the new battery. He helped me get the cable and then installed it quickly and properly at a reasonable charge.

Matthew shook my hand right away upon meeting me. I told him a little about what happened to the car based on my knowledge and just what I heard when driving it. He understood completely. He didn't chastise me about not taking care of the car (I've had a mechanic do this). He was very courteous and once he said he used to work for GM I knew he was the guy to work on my vehicle.
