Derrick came and was very professional. He picked up the keys from me and showed me the new parts he was going to use for the car. He took pictures of his work and showed me any other issues of the car that may need to be checked out. He did everything in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Great mechanic! Showed up on time, was very professional, quick, and definitely knowledgeable. Before using MyMechanic, I had spent hours upon hours trying to fix my daughter's vehicle myself.
