Excellent experience. Nazareth was the best mechanic I’ve seen in a long time there’s not many mechanics out there like this anymore. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that doesn’t want dealership hassle.

Mark was amazing!! He followed up with me the evening before service to confirm and even said that he could assist me earlier than our scheduled time if needed. The morning of he stayed in contact with me until he made it to my car and quickly made the repairs to my vehicle. He called me outside once he was through to walk me through everything he had done and let me know exactly what the issues were with my vehicle. We went on a test drive and I noticed instantly that there were no longer any issues with my car. He gave me several recommendations for further maintanence and gave me guidance on the best next steps. We chatted about the company and I was impressed about how much he enjoyed his job and the company he works for. Everything was amazing from begining to end and I can't wait for the next time i need service in hopes I'll get Mark again! Thank you!!

He showed up on time ready to work and after I showed him the parts he got to work. After he pulled the wheels and hubs he showed me that the drums and shoes still had life left in them. I told him I didn't know how old the shoes and such were as I know time takes its toll on stuff. So he got it all done, drove it back and forth to make sure everything was good.
