Kenneth was amazing. When he arrived he asked had happened, asked just a couple more questions and reassured me that my answers were all good news regardless of the outcome. When it comes time for the repairs, if he is able, I'm going to request Kenneth again. I've been driving for 40 years and I have encountered my fair share of mechanics. Good, bad, and in between. I highly recommend Kenneth.

He was great very friendly but You guys gave him the wrong part and jacked up the price on me and I’m not happy about that! You gave me an estimate of 181 bucks and then jacked it up 100 bucks because the part Supposedly cost more! This is not a good way to do business! I tried to tell you it was an 05 avalanche but he brought a part w/o cruise control and That’s on You! I had no problem with the mechanic and the job he did. I Do however have a problem with the Extra cost of the part!
