Andrew showed up early and went right to work. Ran diagnostics and identified problem area. Found a flaky connector to the alternator and corrected the issue. Notified me of the fix and went on a test drive with me to verify repairs. No stalling problem after the fix. Only cost me the diagnostic fee and saved me over $200 dollars over what the local shops wanted just to bring it in! Andrew seemed quite knoledgeable about my truck and was very professional. We already plan to book him to look at my wife's tahoe. Will definately call again. Nice to have my truck running again.

Leo came out and was an absolute gem! He called to let me know he was on the way. I work from home and he was nice enough to send me a message instead of knocking on my door (upsetting my dog). He also made sure to keep me updated with every step, and explained how everything worked! I kinda did the weird and slightly rude hover-y thing (sorry) towards the end after the last update, but he just conversed with me and didn't lose his patience. I would most definitely use this service again! 5 stars all around!
