My car wasn't starting and my husband and I weren't too excited at the prospect of having it towed to a mechanic, so we decided to use a mobile mechanic for the first time. Scheduling was simple and painless. Edmar got tied up at his previous appointment so he was a little late, but that was not an issue at all. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. It turned out that it was a fully dead battery, so he charged it up for us and let it run for a while to make sure the battery would hold the charge. He even aired up the tires and checked the fluids for us, which was not expected as part of the diagnostic service and was very much appreciated. We will definitely be keeping this service in mind for any issues in the future!
