2001 Chevrolet Lumina 30,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Matthew shook my hand right away upon meeting me. I told him a little about what happened to the car based on my knowledge and just what I heard when driving it. He understood completely. He didn't chastise me about not taking care of the car (I've had a mechanic do this). He was very courteous and once he said he used to work for GM I knew he was the guy to work on my vehicle. He was done within an hour and 15 minutes. It would've taken me all day to do this. I didn't mind the price. I thought it was reasonable. Great job Matthew! My car sounds great!

Stephen arrived early for my appointment. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He went right to work on my car that was needing a transmission fluid change and was very thorough and careful about the process. He did an excellent job, cleaned up after he was finished. There wasn't one drop of transmission fluid on my garage floor when he was finished with the job. Stephen gave me a report about the inspection of my car and of what he found out about the health of the transmission. I will most certainly have Stephen back again when my vehicle needs to have a repair in the future. Great job!
