2006 Chevrolet Impala 37,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Patrick. Was. AWESOME. He showed up right on time (on the DOT) and met with me, I told him the issues I was having, and he immediately dove in and was done in like 45 mins. He tested it, let me know the issue with the fan was no longer an issue, and he even helped out with a code issue we were having that was really stressing us out, without us asking! What a fantastic experience! I'm literally amazed at this service and how easy the process was. We also received a list of things to look out for and I will DEFINITELY be using this service again. Oh yah, he even helped out by disposing of the old parts for us and the added bonus was we got to provide our own parts, which is something not many mechanics around here will allow- so I appreciated not letting those go to waste. Overall, if I could give him a hundred more stars I would!

Jay has always been a great mechanic, he explains things to the fullest extent and he’s very patient and amazing at his job. If I need any service again I would recommend Jay for it..

Kenneth did wonderful. He showed up early to the appointment and he finished faster than what was quoted to me on the website. I originally asked him to fix my two car door handles but he also fixed an issue that I'd been having for a while with my hood getting stuck that other mechanics never seemed to be able to fix. He was also really polite and friendly.
