2008 Chevrolet Impala 65,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Matthew shook my hand right away upon meeting me. I told him a little about what happened to the car based on my knowledge and just what I heard when driving it. He understood completely. He didn't chastise me about not taking care of the car (I've had a mechanic do this). He was very courteous and once he said he used to work for GM I knew he was the guy to work on my vehicle. He was done within an hour and 15 minutes. It would've taken me all day to do this. I didn't mind the price. I thought it was reasonable. Great job Matthew! My car sounds great!

I sincerely appreciated Simon texting me ahead of his visit to let me know when he was arriving. He listened to my concerns about the vehicle he was to fix before he started and was very respectful of what I had to say. He did a very thorough job. including an overall review and summary of the major components of the vehicle, even though it had started raining. We sincerely appreciate his time and skill in handling this repair request.
