Manuel was on time, actually early, but very prompt and polite. Manuel came out to fix a warranty issue (not his initial installation, someone else’s) and he was extremely quick and understanding of the need for me to have my truck back and operating ASAP. He fixed the problem perfectly and quickly. I will ABSOLUTELY be requesting Manuel the next time I need repair work done to my truck.

Greg is an excellent mechanic, and very professional as well. He answered all my questions, explained everything in he was doing in detail, and gave me options to remedy the problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Originally I called William out to replace my serpentine and drive belts, change oil, and replace my top radiator hose because we believed that was the source of the fluid leak for the radiator. A few problems came along, namely that the belts I provided were mismatched but one worked, and after replacing the upper radiator hose we found a leak in the water pump itself that is probably the real problem. I had to book for next Saturday, but overall I am impressed and greatly relieved with the service I've received. I look forward to continuing to use William as my mechanic.
