2003 Chevrolet Express 1500 54,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Dellano was great. He was in the area so he called to see if I wanted him to come earlier which was perfect. He was very knowledgeable, professional and super quick. He helped me to understand next steps if my problem persisted. He also checked other things to let me know what I will need to do next for my vehicle. Originally I called William out to replace my serpentine and drive belts, change oil, and replace my top radiator hose because we believed that was the source of the fluid leak for the radiator. A few problems came along, namely that the belts I provided were mismatched but one worked, and after replacing the upper radiator hose we found a leak in the water pump itself that is probably the real problem. I had to book for next Saturday, but overall I am impressed and greatly relieved with the service I've received. I look forward to continuing to use William as my mechanic.

Lee was very friendly. I felt like he care about me as a person and a customer. He was very honest and took a 400+ quote for repair, found it was a smaller issue than expected and save me over $350. He has a customer for life.
