Clarissa was wonderful! She is very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I usually work on my on car so I have an idea of how much work goes into repairs. I am the type of person who laughed at other mechanics and walked away when they tried to sell me a service I didn't need or for a ridiculous price. From the start she responded very quickly to my messages answering my questions and even added a last minute service the day before she was scheduled to come to my home. I had an old car being held together by rust and prayers. I had some parts and she immediately called to remove the cost from my bill. She showed up on time, listen to what I had to say and then looked over my car. She pointed out the issues and helped me weigh the pros and cons of how to handle the situation. I would highly suggest her to anyone who wants a mechanic they can trust!

James communicated prior to the appointment, arrived on-time with everything needed to complete the work. James was personable while completing the expected work and full vehicle inspection in the estimated time. I am very satisfied with the work completed by James and recommend him!

All I can say is he gets it done when it comes to fixing something on your car he gets it done doesn’t waste time he gets straight to work that’s why I prefer this mechanic as my #1 mechanic
