He was friendly and professional right from the start. He immediately went to work on the vehicle and was extremely diligent. When a part had to be ordered before the work could be done, he explained this very clearly. Mark was amazing!! He followed up with me the evening before service to confirm and even said that he could assist me earlier than our scheduled time if needed. The morning of he stayed in contact with me until he made it to my car and quickly made the repairs to my vehicle. He called me outside once he was through to walk me through everything he had done and let me know exactly what the issues were with my vehicle. We went on a test drive and I noticed instantly that there were no longer any issues with my car. He gave me several recommendations for further maintanence and gave me guidance on the best next steps. We chatted about the company and I was impressed about how much he enjoyed his job and the company he works for.
