I'd rate Robert 5-Stars and Your Mechanic 4-Stars. Your Mechanic needs to present owners with more detailed car/engine information. My engine is 4.3L V-6 CMFI is different than a TBI. For this last repair Your Mechanic ordered the wrong part adding 40 minutes to Robert's repair time... or allow clients to purchase their own parts. Robert was great and was familiar with my engine. I'd hire him again. -Craig
