I LOVED the fact that I didn’t have to go anywhere to service my car. Bryan is a fantastic young man who came to my home, explained everything he was doing, and completed his task swiftly regardless of my constant questions. He came on time, did his job efficiently, and cleaned after himself. I WILL use him again when I need more service.

If I could give Javon 10 stars I would, he went way above and beyond for me yesterday!! I originally had Jesse come out on 6/13 to change my alternator but he said it was my battery so I went and bought a battery from O’Reilly’s and switched out the batteries myself. Started having trouble and notifications started coming up on my dashboard giving me warnings about the battery and the battery saver being used then the battery died. Javon is a true God send because he was at my place from 345pm until 615pm, he went to O’Reily’s to get a new alternator and to exchange the brand new battery I bought 3 weeks ago. All of this could have been avoided if Jesse would have changed the alternator with the original work order in 6/13 but I was without my car for 4 days because of Jesse’s lack of… Another thing Javon did was go to bat for me when it came to the credit that was on my account with your company, even though I had my receipt showing him how much credit I had he talked to 2 different people and they both quoted him a different amount of credit I had available. I can not say enough about how great he was and how professional he was even though I know he was frustrated. He’s an excellent employee that you have.
