Keven is an amazing detail-oriented mechanic!!! I was going to change my own oil for the first time, but didn't have ramps and oil pan yet, so I hired him to do it.
Super nice guy, good conversation, and he let me watch him change it so I could do it myself next time. He answered all of my annoying questions without irritation.
He even put in an engine air filter that I had purchased and planned on putting in myself that day, but while he was checking it, just popped my new one in himself. Very good customer service and I plan on having g him do more work on my car!!!
