2003 Cadillac Seville 50,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday and the tech never showed. No call, text, or email. No communication whatsoever. My conversation with "yourmechanic" wasn't great either. To get to the point, I'm very glad it was so bad. Rating was less than zero if that's possible. I was rescheduled with another tech and wasn't very convinced it would go well. I WAS VERY, VERY WRONG!!! Phillip came by early, totally prepared and was a super nice person. He is amazing, great personality very thorough and got the job done in less than an hour. He explained everything he did and also everything he inspected. I asked him if I could request him for any work I needed in the future. He changed my opinion of the company from 0 to 5. I went from never going to do business with "yourmechanic" to getting more quotes for future services, that is of course if Phillip can be the one to do them. If he can't do it I will not get it done or I'll wait as long as it takes until he can do it. I want to say it again, that Phillip changed my opinion of "yourmechanic" and convinced me to do business with them in the future.

Jermaine is the best man for any job that you think of when it comes to any mechanical issues your vehicle. Jermaine takes pride in what he is doing and is there to conquer whatever task that is in front him. I cannot say enough about his quality of work and his great customer service.

Nestor was incredible to work with. He went out of his way to help my car get up and running before our travels for Memorial Day Weekend. Highly recommended!
