Graham arrived ahead on time for the appointment. My appoint was only for an inspection as to why my car was not starting. He was able to jump start the car and gave me two theories as to what the problem could be. Graham was polite and did not rush the appointment and I even asked him a few other question about the my car that he answered. I told him going forward, I would be requesting him as my mechanic (I like to be loyal) and plus he has a sense of my issues.

Well he showed up on time, but when he got here he backed his vehicle up in the driveway opened the rear door started pulling out his tools and setting things up and never spoke a word to me. Didn’t say hello or introduce himself. So I said hello to him he responded and kept going kinda rude. He was done in no time came over said “Ok” you’re done gave me a estimate on something else got in his truck and left. 路♂️
