Graham arrived ahead on time for the appointment. My appoint was only for an inspection as to why my car was not starting. He was able to jump start the car and gave me two theories as to what the problem could be. Graham was polite and did not rush the appointment and I even asked him a few other question about the my car that he answered. I told him going forward, I would be requesting him as my mechanic (I like to be loyal) and plus he has a sense of my issues.

Enrique showed up timely and messaged through the app and called me as well since I didn't see the initiate alert. I appreciate that he reviewed what would be done to confirm it is what I meant to be done. He communicated a realistic timeline. Once the work was done Enrique walked me through that he had completed everything and what future work would be done. He added all those details into future work quotes right in the app. I almost forgot, Enrique also went ahead and made sure my tires were fully inflated too! I will definitely choose to work with him again.
