Breck was on time for my appointment and was extremely friendly and professional. I have an extremely busy schedule so having the convenience of someone coming to my home is a major plus for me. He complete the job in an hour so my day was not compromise at all. Although I had the estimated time blocked off for the day it was great that the job was completed sooner. Very knowledgeable and professional. Shawn recommended I put at least 3 quarts of oil in the car to eliminate the knocking sound in the engine. Obviously, other mechanical issues may have developed because of low on oil. I went to the auto store right around the corner and put 3 quarts; as recommended by Shawn and the knocking sound went away and the car drives nicely. Nonetheless, other maintenance needs to be done.
