As usual William was outstanding and very knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing and I would definitely recommend him to my friends. That was the good part. This was my first bad experience with your company. As the part had to be order i was quoted a price and date for install. They then called and asked me what part was needed. Informed them check with the mechanic. Make a long story short the part that I was original quoted and the final cost was almost three time the original quote. The time of repair had changed three times. I’m happy that my vehicle was repaired and operational again.

Behrak showed up on time and ready to do the repair, which proved to be more challenging than initially appeared. I was shown photos and the isssue explained adequately so the slight increase was totally justified. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Your Mechanic and specifically Behrak in the future. In fact, a guest that was visiting me was likewise impressed and will be scheduling service soon as well!

Gustavo Was punctual, Professional, and courteous , he completed the job perfectly. He replaced the starter motor on my 2001 Lesabre in sub- freezing weather. I would highly recommend Gustavo and “your mechanic” to my friends and family.
