Joel was very nice and arrived promptly. He replaced two different catalytic converters and I got charged twice for the more expensive ones. I was very much overcharged by about twice as much as the parts should have been and the vehicle still didn't run. I will never do business with you again.

Claude was very helpful and detailed in his inspection. Very approachable and trustworthy. The whole process was very convenient as I am in the middle of a bathroom remodel and every spare moment is going to that. So to have the vehicle evaluated while I was working on something else and I did not have to stop what I was doing to take and pick up my vehicle was priceless. Amir was prompt. Very nice guy and did the repair quickly. I would give him a five star except that he broke a piece of the corner window upholstery and denied that he did it-said it was already boken. I have video to prove that it had no cracks and was not broken. I do not appreciate being lied to-he could have just said I'm sorry. If you accidentally break something-own up to it! This lie changed my whole opinion of Amir
