1998 Buick LeSabre 120,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Collins was very knowledgeable about the service and patient with my questions He also found other problems and explained so that I could understand. I will use him for these fixes too. Clean, professional personality. He was also on-time showing up a little early which was good for my anxiety when its starts getting close to appointment time. Today is only day one after my service and I took one small trip later on late afternoon and it was a good trip.

Brian arrived on time, replaced my tie rod end in a timely manner, and even talked to me about what would be needed to get my car through MD inspection and recommended a windshield company to replace the windshield if it doesn’t pass inspection due to a chip in it.

Gustavo arrived a little early (nice!) and after a warm greeting proceeded to change my battery out in record time! He checked hoses ( one is worn), adjusted my floppy windshield wipers, noted an oil gasket leak ( it stinks!) and checked all fluids. I am probably leaving something out! Amazed at the speed of installing that battery! I must add that he had no problem answering lots of questions from a chatty old lady! Good manners and professional attitude.
