2019 Buick Cascada 7,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Could not have asked for a better mechanic. Ben arrived 15 minutes before appt. (what a wonderful surprise), got to work on my car, was finished timely, cleaned up the door. He was polite, cheerful and personable. It was such an unusual experience to have a mechanic who fixed your car and didn't try to "sell" you more that was needed. Usually my husband has to first meet the mechanic to ask for an estimate because we found out that it's always higher when I ask for it! I will recommend Ben to my friends. By the way, Ben was recommend to me by a friend of the family Cedric Senter. (he should get the $20 you offer for recommending Yourmechanic)

I was told by a repair shop i needed to replace my water pump. Victor came out to replace it but noticed it was not the water pump it was the heater bypass tube. He replaced the part and saved me $300. for an unnecessary repair. THANK YOU!!!

This experience was great. He was very prompt, professional and courteous. I never knew about this type of service existed and will contact " Your Mechanic" again. I told him I would give him ten stars since I was so pleased with his service expertise.
