Richard was a great help. Not only did he figure out the issue for my car, he also explained why my car was acting the way it is. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to replace the part that was causing the issue (it wasn’t on his work order) but he was still very informative, insightful, and overall a huge help in helping me to understand what was going on and how everything was working.
