2009 BMW 335i 150,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Rodney had his work cut out for him with replacing both the valve cover and housing unit gaskets on my 335i coupe. I was a bit nervous having a new person touch my car. But he answered all my questions with confidence and showed me the old brittle gaskets afterwards. I felt confident in his abilities by his apparent knowledge of BMW's in general. Now that I've been driving the car for several weeks with no issues, I can confidently say that Rodney did fine work and I will certainly request him for any future work on my baby.

Mark was on time and performed the work (oil change) requested. He did not very familiar with my automobile, which is a luxury import. I think he would be more comfortable working on domestic autos. I will probably have this car serviced elsewhere in the future.

Great communication and very knowledgeable. Jay did a ppi on the vehicle I was about to purchase, he put together a great report for me to review and called me to go over his findings. I had him come back a few days later for an oil change and a brake flush to prepare the car for its road trip back to my home state. Highly recommend him.
