My name is Brian Jones, and first, I would like to say, I'am a Veteran and I hope that still holds some weight in my country...Having said that I would never lie or mislead my fellow country men ...The guy was hands down on point from start to finish...As a BMW owner we love our cars but Dealer prices hurt...Well Micheal came to my house totally trusted him changed out my motor mounts half dealer cost .....and now my car is smooth as glass they even take pictures of your parts, and every detail of your car, there is nothing to loose, and all to gain by calling them ....I have a detailed report of a few minor things I need to replace all included with your service ....I'm going to use them from now on

Had a 1:00 PM appointment for a BMW that had not been started in a while. Theodore showed up on time and in 10 minutes had worked out the issue. He was very transparent about the price of the replacement battery and went and bought one and installed it. He then did a great inspection of the car and listed out all the the things that required work. He was never pushy and thoroughly professional.
All in all a great experience.
