Andrew was recommended to me from a friend who used he more than a few times. I've had Andrew out to help for different problems 3 or 4 times for my Audi. He really digs into the problem and works until it is fixed or at least diagnosed. Once it was a simple fix, he gave me the part and showed me how to replace it myself!
