Matthew contacted me prior to his arrival to give me an ETA. At arrival he called to let me know he was outside. I directed him to the garage and he introduced himself and told me more about the process. He asked a few clarifying questions and he got started. Once he was complete with his evaluation he showed me pictures of the actual cause of my leak and we discussed next steps. Matthew was very professional and just by his demeanor I felt confident in his evaluation how he troubleshooted the problem. I will definitely use him again.

Arrived on time (and communicated arrival time upfront!), quickly diagnosed the larger issue (how to get to the headlamp bulb), and quickly performed the work needed (even with the additional inconvenience of having to remove some of the front bumper support). Also found and fixed a missing screw that would never have been noticed normally. Highly recommended.

Ramiro was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even went so far as to pull out a starter from his truck and explain to me how it worked, as part of an answer to my question about whether he suspected that I had an issue with mine. He performed a thorough investigation, correctly identified my problem as a faulty battery, and showed me exactly how he knew and how I should seek a warranty replacement for it. For someone like myself who knows about nothing about cars, his patience was very appreciated.
