Rodney arrived a few minutes early and completed my changed out my front brake pads in a timely manner. He was nice enough to let me watch and learn how to change brake pads. I would recommend him for any auto work.

James arrived early, after calling to make sure I could accept an early arrival. In spite of the difficulty in accessing the parts that were affected, he completed the job in a very timely manner, and made sure everything was properly taken care of, including properly torquing the lug nuts which had been over torqued by a previous service at a national chain. Very informative and communicative, talked cars and also informed me about some other issues the car would have and future maintenance I might be in need of.
