Re the "Your Mechanic" service-Somehow the quotes, scheduling and overall communication seemed to the muddled. Maybe it was me. Some how most of it worked its way out but got be be a little laborious and confusing. Some of the scheduling was confused.
At the end of the day, the overall experience was in the good to very good because of your guy, Ben Smith.
