Andrew was very informative on what was going on with my Acura and what needed to be done as part of it’s maintenance. He was also early on both appointments which was even better!
I was alerted the previous night with an email, a text the morning of the appointment, and followed by a phone call with an update to arrival time. Josh does Super Excellent Expert work, WoW this guy knows alot about cars. He's done several big jobs on my car with fantastic results. He often goes far and above to solve the more (pain in the @**) technical problems.Has tons of patience for sorting out problems. My car is 20 years old and he's got it in great 'go any where' condition.
I was very happy with my first time using your mechanic and with Nicholas. He was on time, completed everything in a reasonable time, was friendly, and professional. I have never had work done on my car in which the mechanic was taking pictures and voice notes throughout, showing me what he took out of my car, his parts that went in and other potential problems for future. In this way, I feel more involved in the repair of my car and I feel with this added proof that there is a greater trust with the mechanics of this company.
This was the worst experieriance I ever had with a mechanic.. Richard after three hours left my car (disappeared) the job was a distributor cap and rotor.. he couldn't get off the rotor so he left with my car all disconnected .. and charged my card the full amount plus an unauthorized charge of 185$ had to spend the next three hours on the phone with YOUR MECHANIC I got the charges credited back .. but my car is now not running and the parts he removed are gone
