Warren went above and beyond to resolve issues wth the fuses in my car. He also took the time to explain in detail some other issues with my vehicle.
Ajay powell did an excellent job of fixing the issues with the car. He already had the parts needed at the first appointment and fixed the car in very short time. I would definitely recommend him.
My experience with Michael was outstanding, he let me know when he was on the way to my house, once arriving he explained everything and got to work,no wasted time; as well he listen to me concerning what I thought the problem might be, very good customer service skills. Michael was very professional and extremely knowledgeable found what the problem was in about 15 mins of why my car would not start even though the battery was good. He also explained everything that he did and also explain everything about cost and the billing process. He was also able to get a factory part that was required very quickly. This was the first time I had used a mobile mechanic. He worked extremely hard to ID the problem get the part required and get my car back running, his work was very through. I am very pleased with the service Michael provided, I intend to call on him again.
